Yes, we welcome dogs! We permit one dog per registered room, weighing up to 25 pounds, for a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay (ADA service animals are exempt).
Are cribs or rollaway beds available?
We offer complimentary cribs (Pack 'n Plays) upon request based on availability. Rollaway beds are not permitted in standard room categories due to room layout constraints and safety codes.
Do the rooms have air conditioning/heating?
Yes, all of our guest rooms and suites feature individually controlled heating and air conditioning units.
Does the room rate include all mandatory fees, or are additional charges applied at checkout?
Yes, your initial room rate includes standard room access and amenities, as we do not charge hidden resort or facility fees. Applicable state/local taxes, overnight parking ($18/night), and pet fees will be itemized on your folio at checkout.
Do you offer housekeeping daily?
Yes, full housekeeping service is provided daily. Additional amenities, extra towels, or sheet changes can be requested from our front desk at any time during your stay.
What bed configurations are available, and can I request a specific setup?
Our guest rooms are configured with either 1 King bed (sleeps up to 2 guests) or 2 Queen beds (sleeps up to 4 guests).
How do the room types compare to each other?
Standard Rooms (~350–361 sq. ft.) feature 1 King or 2 Queen beds, eclectic décor, rainfall showers, espresso makers, and Overton Square views. Upgrading to a Junior Suite (~517 sq. ft.) offers expanded square footage, a dedicated seating area with a sofa, and an upgraded vanity space.
